Em Amigas para Sempre, Tully (Katherine Heigl, de Grey’s Anatomy e State of Affairs) e Kate (Sarah Chalke, de How to Live with Your Parents e Speechless) são duas amigas que se conheceram em 1974, quando ainda eram pré-adolescentes. O relacionamento improvável entre a menina introvertida e a garota mais legal do colégio se firmou até os dias de hoje. No entanto, uma séria traição vai acabar gerando uma tragédia na vida de ambas, ameaçando separá-las para sempre.
