Allison (Annie Murphy, de Schitt’s Creek) é uma esposa de sitcom. Enquanto mantém a casa em ordem, cuida dos filhos e do marido, ela também é o centro das piadas dele, além de constantemente subestimada. Quando ela começa a perceber e entender seus desejos, Allison resolve quebrar o fio de realidade entre uma comédia de auditório e a vida real para tomar as rédeas de sua própria vida.
